Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Drift Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
