Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the New Orleans region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
