Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Oak Civic Services Group supports public agencies in New Orleans with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
