Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
