Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
