Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Nova West Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
