Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction Associates and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
