Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in New Orleans with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
