Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
