Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Ridge Medical is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
