Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Forge Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
