Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
