Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
