Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Nashville with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
