Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
