Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Glen Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Nashville plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
