Harborlight Glen Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
