Westbrook Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit.
