Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Nova Ridge Insurance Group is an insurance company in Nashville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
