Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Nova Harbor Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Nashville focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
