Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Nashville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
