Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Bright Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
