Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Glen Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
