Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Rook Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
