Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
