Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
