Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Clear Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
