Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
