Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Maple Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
