Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Associates works with county and city offices around Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
