Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
