Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Milwaukee with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
