Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Corner Construction is a Milwaukee contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
