Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
