Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
