Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
