Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
