Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Milwaukee design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
