Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Ember Financial serves customers across Milwaukee with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
