Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Orchard Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
