Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Miami with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
