Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Transit Planning Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
