Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
