Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Lumen Quill Care Services supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
