Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Miami, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
