Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Lantern Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
