Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Silverline Ivory Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Miami, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
