Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Miami serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
