Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Mill Health provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
