Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Memphis, TN)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 284 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
